Document Organization

Documents are automatically organized by category, date, and milestone. Use the search function to find specific documents by name, tag, or content. Set up required documents for each milestone to ensure all necessary paperwork is collected before milestone approval. The system tracks document versions and maintains a complete history of all uploads, edits, and access for audit purposes.

Access Control

Project owners can control who has access to each document category. Financial documents may be restricted to the owner and project manager, while progress photos can be shared with all team members. Documents can also be shared externally via secure links with optional expiration dates for sharing with inspectors, lenders, or other third parties.
