Redeeming Points

Points Expiration

Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points that are not redeemed within 12 months will expire on a first-in-first-out basis. Active accounts that earn or redeem points at least once every 90 days will have their point expiration extended automatically. Check your points balance and expiration dates in the Rewards section of your profile.

Challenges and Bonus Events

Bidroom regularly runs bonus events and challenges where you can earn extra points. Monthly challenges might include submitting the most bids, completing projects ahead of schedule, or achieving the highest customer satisfaction scores. Seasonal events offer double or triple points for specific activities. Watch your notifications for announcements about upcoming bonus opportunities.
