Creative Uses for Contractors

- Job Site Signs — Add your QR code to your job site signage so neighbors who see your work can easily find you on Bidroom.
- Vehicle Wraps — Include your QR code in your vehicle wrap or magnetic signs for passive referral generation while driving to job sites.
- Invoices and Proposals — Add your QR code to printed estimates and invoices with a message inviting clients to join Bidroom.
QR Code Analytics
Track how many times your QR code has been scanned and how many of those scans converted to registered users in your Referral Dashboard. You can see scan counts by date, location (if the scanner shares location), and conversion rate. This data helps you identify which sharing methods are most effective so you can focus your referral efforts where they generate the best results.
Troubleshooting QR Scans
If someone has trouble scanning your QR code, ensure your phone screen brightness is at maximum and there is no glare on the screen. The person scanning should use their default phone camera app which has built-in QR code recognition on both iOS and Android. If scanning still fails, share your referral link directly via text or email as an alternative. The link and QR code both apply the same referral credit to your account.
