Payment Troubleshooting
Payment Declined
- Check that your card details are correct
- Ensure sufficient funds are available
- Contact your bank if the card is being blocked
- Try a different payment method
Funds Not Released
If the owner has approved your milestone but funds haven't arrived:
- Allow 2-3 business days for processing
- Verify your bank account details in settings
- Contact support if it's been more than 5 days
Dispute a Payment
If you have a payment dispute:
- Try to resolve it directly with the other party first
- If unsuccessful, open a dispute through the project page
- Provide documentation supporting your case
- Our team will review and mediate
