Payment Declined

Funds Not Released

If the owner has approved your milestone but funds haven't arrived:

  1. Allow 2-3 business days for processing
  2. Verify your bank account details in settings
  3. Contact support if it's been more than 5 days

Dispute a Payment

If you have a payment dispute:

  1. Try to resolve it directly with the other party first
  2. If unsuccessful, open a dispute through the project page
  3. Provide documentation supporting your case
  4. Our team will review and mediate
