Job Description
Install insulation throughout including exterior wall cavities, attic floor or roof deck, rim joists, and crawl space or basement walls. Meet or exceed local energy code R-values. Includes vapor barrier where required.
Scope of Work
1. Verify rough inspections complete
2. Install wall insulation
3. Install attic insulation
4. Insulate rim joists
5. Insulate cathedral ceilings
6. Insulate crawl space
7. Install vapor barrier
8. Seal penetrations
9. Install foam board at rim joists
10. Verify coverage with no gaps
11. Obtain insulation inspection
