Job Description
Add new electrical circuits, relocate outlets to meet current code requirements, install exhaust fan wiring and switch loop, and run wiring for vanity lights and any heated floor systems. All work to meet NEC standards.
Scope of Work
1. Plan electrical layout per NEC
2. Run dedicated GFCI circuits
3. Install electrical boxes
4. Run exhaust fan wiring
5. Install heated floor wiring if specified
6. Relocate outlets per layout
7. Ensure GFCI protection in wet areas
8. Install low-voltage wiring
9. Verify wire runs secured per code
10. Obtain rough electrical inspection
