Finish remaining framing items from inspection/engineer list, fireplace framing and chimney chase for vertical direct vent. Fireplace: Superior DRC2045DEN NG, top vent. Chase insulated/air-sealed like exterior wall; firestops at each floor/ceiling (10-1/2" x 10-1/2" openings). Remaining item list: verify at site walk (engineer list pending). Same fireplace for ADU: TBD.
