Job Description
Apply primer and two coats of moisture-resistant paint to all bathroom walls and ceiling. Install silicone caulk at all wet-area transitions including tub-to-tile, shower-to-tile, vanity-to-wall, and toilet base. Ensure clean lines and proper adhesion.
Scope of Work
1. Prep surfaces — fill holes, sand, dust
2. Apply primer to new drywall and bare surfaces
3. Apply two coats moisture-resistant paint to walls
4. Paint ceiling
5. Cut in around tile, fixtures, and trim
6. Apply silicone caulk at tub-to-tile transition
7. Caulk shower corners
8. Caulk vanity-to-wall joint
9. Caulk toilet base
10. Ensure smooth, continuous caulk lines
11. Clean up drips and residue
