Complete the remaining wall highlighted on S1.3 (Second Floor Foundation & Framing Plan) so steel can set final plates, and pour the slab. Dimensions/quantities: read from plans / verify at site walk. Blindside waterproofing at dirt-face wall per SE spec (may be separate).
