Build or modify structural framing, walls, and support beams
Scope of Work
1. Snap chalk lines for wall layout
2. Install sill plates
3. Frame exterior and interior walls
4. Raise, plumb, and brace walls
5. Install engineered beams and headers
6. Frame second floor if applicable
7. Set roof trusses or rafters
8. Install roof and wall sheathing
9. Frame window and door openings
10. Install straps and hold-downs
11. Obtain framing inspection
