Job Description
Install floor and wall tile including layout planning, thin-set application, tile cutting and placement, grouting, and sealing. Includes shower surround tile, floor tile with proper slope to drain, and any accent or niche tile work.
Scope of Work
1. Install cement backer board
2. Apply waterproof membrane
3. Plan tile layout with center lines
4. Install floor tile with proper spacing
5. Ensure floor slopes toward drain in shower
6. Install wall tile
7. Cut tile around penetrations
8. Install edge trim
9. Allow thin-set to cure
10. Apply grout
11. Apply grout sealer after cure
