Job Description
Install bathroom vanity cabinet, set and secure countertop (granite, quartz, or marble), cut and finish sink opening, mount undermount or vessel sink, and connect plumbing. Ensure level installation and proper wall anchoring.
Scope of Work
1. Verify vanity dimensions fit layout
2. Position and shim for level
3. Secure vanity to wall studs
4. Install filler strips and scribe panels
5. Set countertop with adhesive
6. Cut sink opening if needed
7. Mount sink with clips and sealant
8. Connect drain and supply lines
9. Apply silicone at countertop-to-wall
10. Install cabinet hardware
11. Test drawers and doors
