Scope of Work
Includes subfloor preparation (cleaning, leveling minor imperfections), installation of client-selected new flooring material (e.g., LVP, tile, engineered wood), and installation of new baseboards. Excludes extensive subfloor repairs, radiant heating installation, or removal of hazardous flooring materials (e.g., asbestos).
