Job Description
Thorough cleaning of the renovated kitchen and addressing any remaining minor tasks or touch-ups.
Scope of Work
Includes removal of all construction dust and debris, washing down all surfaces, cleaning windows (within kitchen), vacuuming/mopping floors, and a general tidy-up. Also includes compiling and addressing a 'punch list' of minor cosmetic or functional adjustments identified by the owner/project manager. Excludes deep cleaning of adjacent rooms or moving owner's personal items.
