Scope of Work
1. Install moisture-resistant board in wet areas
2. Install fire-rated board at garage
3. Hang standard drywall
4. Cut around electrical, windows, doors
5. Fasten at specified spacing
6. Apply tape at joints
7. First coat joint compound
8. Second coat and feather
9. Third finish coat
10. Sand smooth
11. Skim coat if specified
12. Prime all surfaces
