Install complete HVAC system including furnace or heat pump, air conditioning condenser, ductwork, registers, returns, and thermostat. Size system per Manual J load calculation.
Scope of Work
1. Review load calculations
2. Set furnace or air handler
3. Install ductwork
4. Install registers and grilles
5. Install condensate drain
6. Set outdoor condenser
7. Connect refrigerant lines
8. Install thermostat
9. Install gas piping if applicable
10. Charge system and leak test
11. Commission and test all modes
12. Balance airflow
13. Obtain mechanical inspection
