Scope of Work
1. Inspect substrate for proper fastening
2. Install cement backer board
3. Apply mesh tape at seams and corners
4. Apply first coat of waterproof membrane
5. Reinforce corners with fabric strips
6. Apply second coat after cure
7. Extend membrane beyond wet area
8. Apply membrane at pipe penetrations
9. Conduct 24-hour flood test
10. Document test results
11. Obtain waterproofing inspection
