1. Protect adjacent flooring and walls with plastic sheeting 2. Disconnect and cap water supply and drain connections 3. Remove existing toilet, vanity, sink, and faucet 4. Remove shower/tub unit and hardware 5. Remove wall tile, floor tile, and backer board 6. Remove drywall in wet areas down to studs 7. Inspect framing for water damage, rot, or mold 8. Remove existing electrical fixtures 9. Haul all demolition debris 10. Broom-clean and prepare for rough-in work
