Scope of Work
Includes careful removal of existing cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, dishwasher, range hood, light fixtures, wall tile, and flooring. Protection of adjacent areas/rooms not part of the renovation is included. All demolition debris to be bagged, hauled away, and disposed of legally. Excludes removal of any structural walls or existing appliances if they are to be reused elsewhere.
