Project Management & Permitting

Includes initial site visit, review of existing conditions, development of preliminary design concepts (if needed), preparation and submission of necessary building permits (e.g., plumbing, electrical, minor alterations) to Los Angeles City Building and Safety Department, coordination with city inspectors, and general project oversight until rough-ins are approved. Excludes detailed architectural/structural engineering drawings beyond what's required for permits.
