Drywall Patching & Finishing

Includes installation of new drywall sheets where walls were opened for rough-ins, patching of all holes, taping all joints, applying multiple coats of mud, and sanding to a paint-ready smooth finish. Includes minor texture matching if existing areas have texture. Excludes full re-boarding of entire walls or ceilings if not damaged or opened during rough-in phase.
