Do you handle municipal code-officer inspections?

Bidroom is for the third-party / private side — pre-purchase home inspections, third-party code compliance reviews, draw inspections for lenders, specialty inspections (roofing, EIFS, mold, etc.) and ICC-credentialed work for owners and GCs. Municipal AHJ inspections are handled by the AHJ directly.

Which credentials do you verify?

ICC certifications, state-issued home/building inspector licenses, ASHI, InterNACHI, NACHI, EPA RRP, IICRC and similar specialty credentials. Add what you hold; we verify and badge each one.

How are draw inspections handled?

Lenders and owners can request recurring draw inspections tied to a project. Each scheduled visit triggers an escrowed payment that releases on draw report acceptance.
