Post-Concrete Work General Cleanup and Debris Removal

INCLUDED: Sweeping, vacuuming, and general cleaning of all 3600 sq ft floor areas and immediately adjacent spaces impacted by the concrete work. Collection and proper disposal of all non-hazardous construction debris, including empty material containers, protective coverings, and general dust accumulated beyond the specialized dust control of the polishing contractor. Final wipe-down of surfaces as needed. EXCLUDED: Hazardous waste disposal. Specialized industrial cleaning or deep cleaning for move-in readiness. Cleaning of dust generated during specific polishing/grinding operations (covered by Polishing contractor).
